What is LodgeRev?
LodgeRev is cloud property management software (PMS) for hotels and shortlets in Nigeria, made by Foslah Technologies in Lagos. It runs bookings, check-in and check-out, payments, housekeeping, a restaurant POS, staff payroll and accounting in one system, with an AI assistant for the front desk and AI dynamic pricing.
How much does LodgeRev cost?
LodgeRev plans cost ₦70,000, ₦100,000 or ₦150,000 a month, billed annually, and Enterprise is priced per portfolio. The channel manager add-on is ₦100,000 and smart lock management ₦50,000 per property per month. Every plan includes monthly AI and email credits.
Is LodgeRev suitable for shortlets and small hotels in Nigeria?
Yes. The Essentials plan covers one property with up to 10 rooms, and the Growth and Advanced plans add branches, rooms and users as you grow. Staff training is free on every plan.
How does LodgeRev reduce OTA commission?
Guests book on your own LodgeRev booking site, with no commission on those bookings, and the guest AI chat answers their questions and takes the booking there too. Booking.com typically charges 10–25% commission, and Airbnb charges software-connected hosts a host-only fee of about 15.5%.
Does LodgeRev support Nigerian payment methods?
Yes. LodgeRev takes payments through Paystack, Flutterwave or Moniepoint, in naira or US dollars, as well as bank transfers, POS terminals and guest wallets.
Can I move my data from my current hotel software?
Yes. You fill in LodgeRev spreadsheet templates with your rooms, room types, guests, bookings and deposits, and LodgeRev checks every row and does a test run before it imports anything. You can run the import again to update records instead of duplicating them.
